Rudy Project products are warranted by Rudy Project for TWO (2) years from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Warranties may be longer in certain areas. Please consult your local Rudy Project Distributor for exact terms and conditions. Rudy Project will replace or repair at our option, free of charge, upon receipt of a completed proof of purchase card any Rudy Project sunglasses found to be defective during the warranty period. See removable WARRANTY COUPON inserted within the Instructions Manual . After the two-year period, a repair charge may apply. For this warranty to apply, purchases must have been made from an authorized Rudy Project dealer. This warranty does not apply to scratched lenses, damages caused by misuse, lack of reasonable care, accidents or loss of product. Rudy Project will in no event be liable or under obligation for the payment of any special, incidental, or consequential damages. All warranties that are implied by law are also limited for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
